EAT
"Atelier" - as defined by the Merriam-Webster dictionary is an artist's or designer studio or workroom, or simply a workshop. Atelier 317 is a place of creative creation, where people can grow closer together over some amazing comfort food, with a unique worldly spin executed with quality ingredients. We are not bound by one type of cuisine and in fact draw inspiration from across the globe. Atelier 317 is not just for special occasions, but it is a place where special happens every day. We are honest, straightforward and love to work with other people. We want teach and be taught. Create and collaborate. Strengthen old ties and found new friendships through the clinking of glasses and the breaking of bread.

LIVE

La Galerie is a chameleonic space. Equipped with a full working open kitchen with top of the line Elba appliances, large, bright white walls, and two massive wooden tables - the airy space is meant for creation and collaboration. It is perfect for special dinners with bespoke menus, cooking classes and demos, food photography shoots or just simply having a culinary and entertainment space to call your own. Open to all who wish to use it, La Galerie can host up to 16 people seated comfortably and 20 for a cocktail set up. You may wish to do your own cooking, bring in your own chef, order from downstairs, have us create your own menu or simply use it as a function room.
It will also be home to several pop-up kitchens and collaborations with other chefs. We will be holding regular cooking classes twice a week starting April 2013, conducted by Stephanie Zubiri for savory cooking and Carmela Villegas for pastry and baking.
More excitingly, La Galerie will also be an Art Gallery. True to its name, we will have art exhibits every other month, focusing on young upcoming artists. We are also selling unique items for the home, found during Stephanie's travels around the world.
Because good living doesn't stop at what you eat but extends to your surroundings.
